Sandra Adriaansens

Sandra Adriaansens, Dutch, is a seasoned expert in Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education reform, with deep specialization in private sector engagement, digital education, and pedagogical innovation. Her expertise spans the design and implementation of labour market-responsive programs, with a strong focus on forging public-private partnerships (PPPs) and advancing inclusive, skills-based training in both local and international contexts.

With over a decade of experience working with private organizations and educational institutions, Sandra has led numerous EU Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) projects across the Global South. These initiatives focus on sustainable curriculum development, systems for learning assessment, and building ecosystems that support lifelong learning and employability.

As a university lecturer in strategic and change management, she brings academic rigor to her work in teacher professional development, particularly through the creation of innovative Training of Trainers (ToT) programs. Her passion for digital learning solutions has led to the development of 22 inclusive, green-skills-focused online courses, widely adopted in Erasmus+ VET projects. Sandra’s work continues to shape modern, agile education systems that respond effectively to technological, environmental, and labour market transformations.
